Me like the blog are Canadian so I\u2019ll focus on products that are available here and due to the recent tariffs and annexation talk, I\u2019ll try to limit my time discussing products that are American made. Elbows up!<\/p>\n\n\n\nFull disclosure, I am not too tech savvy or tech inclined. I\u2019m more of a tech recluse. I don\u2019t have LinkedIn on my phone nor my business email. I absolutely refuse (REFUSE!) to have smart devices in the home, much to the chagrin of my partner. But I just don\u2019t think they\u2019re safe or entirely justified. So much of the writing may be me ranting against the intrusion of technology in our lives. I just wanted to give you a fair warning. But I think revulsion will be good for my readers, I\u2019m not trying to hawk anything to you. I\u2019m not funded by anyone, and I take my online safety very serious. Think of me like an older millennial auntie who is a bit disillusioned with our current obsession over tech and babies. I\u2019ll tell you like it is, at least in my own opinion and won\u2019t sugar coat anything. I\u2019m also reluctant to encourage anyone to buy \u2018stuff\u2019 just for stuff-s sake. We have way too much in our homes and bringing a baby into the mix shouldn\u2019t mean that we go into debt because we \u2018have to have\u2019 this latest and greatest gear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
